For more than 14 years, I've taught music inside schools, nonprofits, and community programs — always for someone else's organization, on someone else's terms. I've seen what works, what doesn't, and how often great music education comes down to whether a school has the budget, the staff, or the luck to make it happen.
Encore is my answer to that. It's the program I've always wanted to build — flexible enough to fit real schools, personal enough to reach real students, and built on everything I've learned in 14+ years in the classroom.
