For more than 14 years, I've taught music inside schools, nonprofits, and community programs — for other people's organizations, on other people's terms. I've seen what works, what doesn't, and how often great music education depends on whether a school has the budget, the staff, or the luck to make it happen.
Encore is my answer to that. It's a program built to make excellent music instruction accessible and flexible — something schools can actually bring in, and families can actually afford, without compromising on quality.
We're just getting started, and that's the exciting part. Every school and family who joins now becomes part of the foundation of something built to last.
